The most coveted prize of its kind in Europe, the German Sustainability Award (Deutscher Nachhaltigkeitspreis) is one of the most important recognitions for exemplary ecological and social acts throughout Germany. Olmatic convinced the jury of its disruptive ‘Olmatic Power Tracking’ technology and is now in the finale for the ‘Design’ category – an impressive success. 

By making it to the finale of the highly demanding competition, Olmatic demonstrates that the young company from the Black Forest is one of the best among the sustainability-oriented companies in Germany. In difficult times, the finalists provide answers to the questions that affect the entire country and secure our future. 

The prestigious jury justifies the company’s finale entry as follows: „Apart from gigantic potential CO2 savings, Olmatic Power Tracking could become a game changer in light of impending power shortages due to the shutdown of conventional power plants.”  

The award ceremony will take place on December 01, 2022, with a festive gala in Düsseldorf.
