VDL HMI is a Dutch supplier company specializing in metalworking operations. In the joint project, we not only take care of the load peak compensation, but also carry out detailed process analyzes in order to determine the respective relationship to energy consumption. We calculate peak loads and their main causes. Measure the influence of the material thickness on the energy consumption of the respective machines. Research into the relationship between the energy consumption of the machines and the air compressor and establish a standard consumption pattern for the heavy energy consumers in the production process.
