Pure monitoring of the energy parameters is no longer sufficient for an efficient EMS; rather, detailed predictions have to be made about load peaks that will occur. A single peak load can drive up electricity costs significantly. The data must therefore be analyzed in real time and processed continuously.

The specially developed algorithms continuously analyze the database in order to identify patterns, which in turn provide information and conclusions about when and for what reason a peak load occurred. This is the only way to make detailed predictions about load peaks and to compensate for them cost-effectively with renewable energy sources.

The IoT Edge Gateway is placed either in the control cabinet or decentrally and, thanks to its preconfiguration, is simply connected to the power. Based on AI with deep learning algorithms, your system learns to automatically optimize energy requirements.

The sensor box is placed directly on the desired consumer. In addition, you simply clamp the wireless sensors around the individual phases, which are immediately and automatically networked with the gateway. Whether for a new installation or retrofitting – these intelligent energy sensors can be easily integrated into your system. You now have the option of integrating our load management modules so that you can dynamically distribute your existing energy.

The sensors already transmit and encrypt relevant energy parameters to the central control unit in real time and the AI starts working in the background. On your individual surface you can now see maximum transparency of your connected consumers. Our AI will report to you about any optimization potential and inform you in good time about any load peaks that occur. If you have decided in favor of our load management modules, these take over the intelligent buffering of load peaks using regenerative energy sources. Of course, we will carry out the go-live procedure together with you and answer all your open questions.
